Comfort is key. For most therapies (Salt Chamber, BEMER, TrueRife), loose comfortable clothing is perfect. For infrared saunas, minimal clothing is required to maximize skin exposure. We provide necessary wraps or protective gear.

What is the difference between Lymphatic Drainage and a regular massage?

Accepted Answer

Traditional massage targets the muscles using deep pressure. Lymphatic drainage uses extremely light, rhythmic strokes because the lymphatic vessels are located just millimeters below the skin. Pressing too hard actually bypasses the lymph system.
